Hi! You made it! Now take a deep breath.

There is a lot of nutrition "noise" out there and sometimes it's hard to know what to start. That is where I come in. Let me help you set yourself up for health and wellness success.

A holistic approach to promote long term healing and prevention of future health
problems

Working with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist can help
you make informed decisions about your diet and lifestyle, with the goal of improving your health and wellbeing. I specialize in epigenetic testing to help my clients create a specific nutrition plan tailored to their specific genes.

My root-cause approach to health and healing is focused on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of health problems, rather than just treating the symptoms. This approach takes into account the whole person - physical, emotional, and spiritual - and considers factors such as nutrition, stress, sleep, and environmental toxins that may contribute to illness. My thought is that a lot can be healed through food.

I believe I can help you become your best self

I am here to help guide you through all of it. My down to basics approach is not a quick fix, but rather a long-term strategy for promoting optimal health and healing. It requires a commitment to making lifestyle changes and working with an RDN (like myself) who understands and supports this approach. With dedication and persistence, the root-cause approach can help you achieve the health and healing you've always wanted.

The Fundamental Principles

  • Diet and nutrition

A balanced diet is essential for maintaining good health. It includes a variety of foods from all food groups in appropriate portions.

  • Sleep hygiene

Getting enough sleep is essential for overall health and wellbeing. It helps to support cognitive function, regulate mood, and maintain physical health.

  • Stress management

Stress regulation is important for nutrition because it can help to reduce the negative impact of stress on a person's eating habits and overall health, and may help to prevent the development of chronic diseases associated with chronic stress.

  • Regular Exercise

Consistent exercise is important for maintaining a healthy weight, reducing the risk of chronic diseases, and improving mental health.
